Minimum Order

$30.00 US merchandise ($35.00 total including S&H) on PayPal payments
$6.00 US merchandise ($11.00 total including S&H) on personal/bank check or money order payments

Return/Exchange Policy

Exchange of damaged merchandise only. The company must receive request for exchange of damaged merchandise within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. R J Decker - P. Shine Distributor has the right to refuse returns. No returns of products due to misuse or abuse.

Shipments & Returns

Allow 10 business days for processing. Damages in shipment must be reported to carrier within 48 hours. No returns will be accepted without authorization. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Customers are responsible for all freight charges for refused and returned shipments. Credit will be issued only for merchandise in sellable condition. THERE ARE NO CASH REFUNDS.

Shipping to country other than US
*By ordering goods from R J Decker, you authorize UPS, FedEx or USPS Customs Broker to act as your agent to transact business with your country's customs to clear merchandise, pay duties and taxes, and to handle any merchandise returns and refund claims on your behalf.
